The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act came into force on January 2005. The Act covers all public authorities. The Millennium Commission was a public authority for the purposes of the Act, and this Publication Scheme represented the Commission’s approach to the issue.

Complaints
The Commission had a policy for dealing with complaints, which was common to all Lottery Distributors. If you have a concern about something that the Commission did, the procedure explains what you should do. Your complaint will be handled in confidence and will be investigated thoroughly and fairly.
