This programme is being led by Leaside Regeneration and covers Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets. It is a two-year programme that will celebrate the three participating boroughs’ unique cultural diversity with high profile events and performances. These will include visual arts and performance festivals all of which will involve mass participation, engaging artists and communities in the development and promotion of local street markets and cultural quarters.
